Single Daytime Events
We use an online booking system for casual bookings of single daytime events, such as child's birthday party or christening party, allowing you to check availability, book, and pay for the letting using any common credit or debit card.

Regular Bookings and Evening Event Requests
If you are interested in booking the Hall on a regular basis (e.g. for weekly yoga classes or dance lessons), or would like to use it for an evening event such a quiz night or AGM, then please contact us:

We will be able to check your requirements and send you the relevant booking form.

Please note that the Hall is not available for private parties in the evening as a courtesy to our neighbours.

We employ two caretakers, one of whom will always be present at the start and end of each letting. We do not provide keys to the hall to allow users to obtain access themselves.

Terms and Conditions of Hire
All uses must comply with our current terms and conditions of hire, which can be viewed by clicking here

Lettings Rates - 2026 until further notice

General Rate:

• £18.60 per hour, subject to a minimum charge of £27.90

Special Rate:

• Children’s Parties (3 hours including extra cleaning): £62.00 Additional hours are charged at £18.60 per hour

These rates include the use of the Hall, Rear Hall, Toilets, Heating, Lighting, Kitchen and caretaking services.
