She is able to advise whether the Hall is available at the time you require and if so will then hold a provisional booking for you.
Once the date and time is confirmed as being available, you need to complete a Booking Form. This can be sent to you by the Bookings Officer or you can download one from this site by clicking the link below, print it off, and complete it.
The completed form should then either be returned to the Bookings Officer with cheque or cash payment in full for the booking, or scnned/photgraphed and returned by email, with payment being made by direct bank transfer. Only on receipt of full payment will the booking be confirmed and the caretaker notified of the times that the hall is to be opened for your letting.
We employ two caretakers, one of whom will always be present at the start and end of each letting. We do not provide keys to the hall to allow users to obtain access themselves.
These rates include the use of the Hall, Rear Hall, Toilets, Heating, Lighting, Kitchen and caretaking services.
